We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a multifamily community. This role is responsible for overseeing technicians, managing work orders, ensuring quality unit turns, and maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the property.
Responsibilities
β’ Supervise and support day and night maintenance technicians
β’ Assign and prioritize daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
β’ Perform and oversee unit turns and make-ready inspections
β’ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry issues
β’ Maintain common areas including pool, gym, and exterior grounds
β’ Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
β’ Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed
Qualifications
β 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
β Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
β Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
β Ability to manage and train maintenance technicians
β Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
β Valid driverβs license
Technology & Systems Experience
Candidates should be comfortable using property management and maintenance reporting systems, including:
β’ Yardi, HappyCo, or similar property management and inspection software
β’ Experience with work order management systems and maintenance tracking platforms
β’ Ability to use mobile applications for inspections, documentation, and reporting
Must be comfortable using a smartphone, laptop or tablet for daily reporting, photo documentation, and communication.
Preferred Certifications
β’ EPA 608 Certification
β’ HVAC Certification or License
β’ Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

β’ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds,Β with assistance when needed
β’ Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
