Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeper – Multifamily Apartments
USMS Holdco, LLC is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team servicing residential multifamily apartment communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean vacant apartment homes (move-outs and make-readies) to prepare units for new residents
- Clean apartment units after maintenance and renovation work
- Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, and other amenity areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize common areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment, residential, hotel, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the day
